By creating a user account, listing and/or advertising on our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access, use, purchase services and/or goods available here and/or otherwise utilize redbo.com.

The website REDBO.COM is owned and operated by REDBO.com LLC. (“Company”). The Company provides a suitable place for sellers and buyers to interact directly with each other in regard to finding residential and commercial real estate sales, leases & short term rentals. The Company offers online advertising service for real estate offered as "for sale by owner". The Company is not a licensed real estate broker, not a member of any multiple listing service (MLS), and does not list real estate on any MLS.

The Site is for the exclusive use of buyers and sellers of real estate and related service providers.

REDBO.COM will take the risk and the fear out of listing your home with a real estate agent. When you list your home with us, you get our REDBO.COM Listing Agreement. And with this, you can cancel your listing at any time. Easy and no hassles.

FOUNDATION OF THE SALE

The Seller shall sell the packages/products/other services in line with any written order of the Buyer which is accepted by the Seller, subject in either case to these Conditions and any such quotation is accepted or claimed to be accepted, or any such order is made/claimed to be made, by the Buyer.

No Condition or other variation of these Conditions shall be irrevocable unless agreed in Writing between the authorized representatives of the Buyer and the Seller.

If the Seller has employees/agents, they are not authorized to make any representations with regard to the packages/products/other service except when it is confirmed by the Seller in Writing.

If the seller or its employees/agents gives any advice or recommendation to the Buyer or its employees/agents concerning the storage, application or use of the packages/products/other services which is not confirmed in Writing by the Seller, it is entirely at the Buyer’s own risk. And accordingly, the Seller shall not be responsible for any such advice or recommendation which is not confirmed.

Any error (typographical, clerical, or exclusion) in any sales in writing, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer document/statement or other information supplied by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS

The Seller shall accept the packages/products/other services availed by the Buyer only when it is confirmed by the Seller’s authorized representative.

The Seller shall perform the Contract in accordance with its terms.

The quantity, quality, and description (and any specification) for the packages/products/other services shall only be the ones exhibited in the Seller’s quotation (if accepted by the Buyer)or the Buyer’s order (if accepted by the Seller).

The Seller reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the packages/products/other services which are required to conform with other statutory requirements which do not materially affect their quality or performance.

From the date of the order, a 14 day cooling off period will be allowed and the seller will accept, without penalty, cancellations or reducing the order.

PRICE OF THE PACKAGES/PRODUCTS/OTHER SERVICES

The price of the packages/products/other services shall be the Seller’s quoted price

The Seller reserves the right by giving notice to the Buyer.

ACCESS AND USE

You shall be entirely responsible for hardware, interconnections and telecommunications to access the Site. You will not use any robot, other automatic device, or manual process to extract, or copy any static or dynamic web page on the REDBO.com website or the content contained on any web page for commercial use without the Company’s prior permission. You will not spam or send unsolicited e-mail or other messages to any other user of the Site for any reason, by means of REDBO.com or otherwise. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.

The Site is for the exclusive use of buyers and sellers of real estate and related service providers. Subject to the terms contained herein, you can use the Site, which shall allow you to search, display and print the property listings appearing on REDBO.com for personal, noncommercial use only, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices in the materials. You may not search, display, print, distribute, copy, reproduce, publish, download, or transmit any material on the Site for commercial use without prior approval of the Company. The Company reserves the right to monitor your access and use of the Site and your compliance with the terms without notice to you.

You agree not to post, transmit, e-mail, re-transmit or store material on, through or from the Site which, in the sole judgment of the Company:(1) is in violation of any local, state, federal or non-United States law or regulation, (2) is threatening, obscene, indecent, and the likes (3) violates the rights of any individual, group or entity, including rights protected by copyright or similar laws or regulations. You shall be responsible for determining what laws or regulations are applicable to your use of the Site. You may only use the Site in a manner that is consistent with the purposes of the Site. If you are unsure of whether any contemplated use or action is permitted, please contact the Company immediately at info@redbo.com for clarification.

You are granted a limited, nonexclusive right to create a “hypertext” link to REDBO.com provided that it does not portray the Company or the Site in a false or derogatory manner. This limited right may be revoked at any time. You may not use framing techniques to display any content, information, copyrighted works, trademark, logo or trade name appearing on REDBO.com. Links on the Site to third party websites are provided solely to your convenience. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to by this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Company makes no warranties regarding the quality or quantity of telephone calls, email or other inquiries received by users that advertise on the Site.

The Company makes no warranties that a property listing will appear anywhere in particular except as expressly set forth on the Site.

USER SUBMITTED INFORMATION

You are entirely responsible for the contents of your submissions or messages intended for the Company or third parties, made to or sent from REDBO.com. It shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary unless expressly stated.

You agree that any such submissions or messages, including but not limited to property listings, or any derivative works may be disseminated or publicly displayed on third party websites and searched in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on REDBO.com.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current.

You warrant that you own and are authorized to offer for sale and to sell any property you submit to the Site for listing.You represent and warrant to the Company that any information, photographs, images, graphics, video records, information or the like, and other copyrightable elements relating to your property listing do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity.

USER PASSWORD/SECURITY

You will register an account with your personal email address and preferred password which is for your use only and you should be maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

All actions taken on the Site after access is obtained by means of your password.

You will immediately notify Company by e-mail at info@redbo.com of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security relating to the Site.

NO BROKERAGE SERVICES

You understand and agree that the Company does not offer or provide advice/assistance in connection with the sale, purchase or leasing of real estate, including but not limited to real estate brokerage services.

You understand that the Company does not set commission rates or provide any advice relating to commissions.

TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by any party immediately for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement.

Upon any termination of this Agreement, (1) your authorization to use the Site shall terminate immediately without notice; (2) you must discontinue use of the Site, including any hyperlinks to the Site; (3) you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials; and (4) the Company will remove from the Site any listings or other materials you may have previously submitted.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement shall be deemed to express, embody and supersede all previous understandings, agreements and commitments, whether written or oral, between you and the Company with regard to the subject matter.

This Agreement may be assigned in whole or in part by Company.

These terms do not alter in any way the terms of any other separate agreement you may have with the Company.
