MLS Listing & Visibility

How quickly will my listing go live?

After submitting your property information through your MLS listing dashboard, and once the documents have been signed electronically, listings typically go live within 24–48 hours.

Will my phone number be made public?

We put your contact information directly on the MLS listing, it will be displayed for agents so they can contact you directly for showings.

On “public” websites, such as Realtor.com or Zillow.com, etc only the broker's contact information is allowed to be displayed. The reason for this is because the MLS has rules about what information is allowed to be syndicated to 3rd party websites. Neither you, nor your broker can do anything about this, and these rules are strictly enforced by the MLS.

Who is the listing agent on the MLS?

Your listing will be under one of our licensed real estate partners. You’ll receive their info as soon as your listing is submitted.

Why isn’t my listing showing on Zillow or Redfin yet?

MLS feeds update within a few hours of going live. If Zillow filters “agent only” are on, FSBO listings won’t show unless they're on the MLS. We ensure yours does.

Where is my listing advertised?

Your home appears on:
