Refund & Cancellation Policy

Here at REDBO, we've designed our Refund & Cancellation Policy to be straightforward to minimize conflicts. We understand that real estate litigation can be quite expensive. Remember, you're not paying for results. REDBO empowers you to be your own agent and make all the key decisions that determine the success of your sale. This includes pricing your home, determining the appropriate Buyer Agent Commissions to offer, and knowing the correct strategies for showcasing your property. With REDBO, you're not just paying a full-service agent for results; you're paying a small flat fee for access to the best marketing strategy and FSBO technology that any non-agent or agent can provide.

If you feel unhappy with your experience with us, you may contact us and give us the opportunity to resolve any issue at the earliest possible moment. If you remain dissatisfied after we have tried to resolve your issues, you may request a refund, less a non-refundable $50 deposit, if ALL of the following 4 terms are met:

● It has been less than 14 days since you placed your order, AND

● You have not signed the Listing Agreement, AND

● Your listing is not live, AND

● You have not been assigned a draft listing.


Why we must charge a $50 non-refundable deposit?

Once the order is placed, REDBO's team does its job in filling out forms, pre-purchasing MLS and connecting with local real estate for the required legal documents. All of our work is done and completed within a couple hours and is the reason for our non-refundable deposit.

Please note that there are no refunds on Optional Listing Upgrades, such as the yard sign, lockbox, ShowingTime, Contract to Close Assistance Package, etc.

After Your Property is Listed, We Guarantee That: Your broker will make every effort to enter the listing information you provided into the MLS correctly. Your property will be listed with a minimum of one photo you provide to the agent. Any errors brought to our attention will be corrected as soon as possible. We will work closely with you to accomplish all we have promised.

Finally, REDBO will empower you with the contact details and communication tools to correct issues on some 3rd party websites – Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Redfin. However, We Do Not Guarantee that your home will sell. Many factors beyond our control affect the sale of your home. Many of these factors are determined by you, including pricing, photos, and buyer agent commission offered.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your MLS listing at any time by contacting us through our email support@redbo.com (assuming there is not a contract pending on the property involving a buyer who was procured by a cooperating broker). If your listing was placed in GAMLS, there is a termination fee of $25. Listings not placed in the GAMLS will have no termination fees or other penalties in the event that you wish to cancel your listing before the expiration date. You may wish to reinstate your canceled MLS listing within the term of the listing agreement, but there will be a reinstatement fee, and depending on the MLS, it may be thREDBO Footere same amount as the cost of a new listing.
