1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the REDBO Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") operated by REDBO.COM, LLC ("REDBO"). By signing up for or participating in the REDBO Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement the general REDBO Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your role in referring clients and promoting REDBO's services for compensation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Affiliate Program. These Terms may be updated periodically, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To participate in the REDBO Affiliate Program, you must:

•Be at least 18 years old.

•Provide accurate and complete registration information.

•Agree to abide by these Terms and applicable laws.

REDBO reserves the right to terminate your participation if you provide false information or violate any part of these Terms.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a REDBO Affiliate, you agree to:

Promote REDBO's FSBO services truthfully and accurately.Use only the affiliate materials provided (e.g., banners, email templates).Avoid any unethical, misleading, or deceptive marketing tactics.Comply with all relevant laws and advertising regulations (including the FTC's endorsement guidelines).

You may not alter REDBO’s branding or misrepresent its services in any way.

4. Commission Structure and Payments

Commissions:

•Earn up to 50% commission per successful sale made through your affiliate link.

•Average commission per referral: $200+, depending on the service package.

•Bonus: Affiliates who refer 50+ sales during a defined period will receive an additional $500 performance bonus.

Payment Terms:

Minimum payout threshold: $50Paid monthly via PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer, as selected by you.

5. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You will be assigned a unique referral link to track leads and sales. Commissions are earned only for tracked sales via your link. Tracking is based on cookies valid for 30 days. Sales from users who clear cookies or disable tracking may not be credited.

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use REDBO’s brand assets and marketing materials only to promote the Affiliate Program. You may not alter or misrepresent any such materials. REDBO reserves the right to revoke this license at any time.

7. Termination of Participation

REDBO may suspend or terminate your account for:

•Breach of these Terms

•Fraudulent or unethical marketing behavior

•Misrepresentation of REDBO services

Upon termination, you forfeit any unpaid commissions and must cease use of all REDBO assets.

8. Limitation of Liability

REDBO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Affiliate Program, including tracking errors, data issues, or lost earnings.

9. Modifications to the Affiliate Program

REDBO may update, modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. We will notify affiliates of major changes but are not obligated to compensate for lost earnings due to program changes.

10. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed to you during your participation, including non-public data related to services, commissions, and marketing strategies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction outlined in REDBO’s general Terms of Service.

13. Miscellaneous
